Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

It's ONLY been a decade.
My posting might not be so regular the next week or two. Just giving a heads up. I am so excited to be wrapped up in my wonderful first graders!! I will be back though! I'm a bit rusty at running my own room...it's only been a decade!
Hey! You will do great! We are looking forward to you being at Cactus Ranch this year. Sierra, and all the other kids too, are going to have to get used to calling you Mrs. Nevin instead of Sister Nevin in the halls. Yeah.. like that's going to be a piece of cake! :) Seriously, you are going to do great! Best of Luck!
Shelley, Shelley, Shelley! I think I need to send you a big red apple for your first day of school! I Miss YOU!!! And you Family!! Tell everyone hey and give them all big hugs and Kisses from me!! (don't give a kiss to Jesse from Amanda though jared will freak! haha!) Jann :)
This is no excuse for not blogging. You'll be the one with all the good stories to share. Like the awkward, "Mrs. N, do you have the same body parts as my mom or dad?" or "Why does our music teacher look like she's from Mars?" or my favorite, "Is our principal EVER going to have her baby?"
Hey Shelley You are a teacher 24/7 at home!!! However, I do remember the excitement surrounding the beginning of a new school year. I always wanted to have my "act together" so that I could focus on getting to know the kids. I know that you will have a great year!
I did not get my feelings hurt even though the only way that I learned about your blog was when I saw the "Hey Y'all" link on Robyn's blog.
